- Processing time: It takes 1 to 3 business days for processing and preparing for shipment from our warehouse.
- Delivery time: Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days.
- Total time: At least 3 to 7 business days, at most 10 to 15 business days.
Easy Returns And Exchanges
- Return policy: New, unopened items are eligible for return within 7 days for a full refund. Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping fee refund: If the return is due to our error or a defective item, the fee is included.
- Refund processing: Usually within two weeks after the return shipping date.
