For exchanges due to defects, damages, or missing accessories after receiving the product, please log in and contact the official LuniteGlow account (@LuniteGlow.nails) within 7 days after delivery. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.

If there is a need, please contact the official LINE account (@LuniteGlow.nails). Returned products must be in new condition and with complete packaging, including the product body, accessories, inner and outer packaging, and gifts.
Please note:
- Only after we receive and inspect the returned item will a refund be granted.
- Once we approve the return and refund, you will receive our confirmation. You should receive the refund through the original payment method used in the order. This process usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund. You should receive the refund within four weeks from the date of return; however, this process is usually much faster. This period includes the shipping time for us to receive your return package (5 to 10 working days); the time required for us to process your return (2 to 4 working days); and the time required for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).
